Clara Auguste Mohagen brings a rare blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to Salesforce consulting as a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Service Cloud Consultant, with deep experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce ecosystems for mission-driven organizations, nonprofits, and complex operational environments. Her work centers on building scalable, efficient, and user-centered systems that strengthen organizational performance, data integrity, and long-term impact.

She has led highly customized Salesforce environments across Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, managing complex integrations with platforms including Zapier, Sumo Scheduler, Xodo Sign/Eversign, Classy, Geocodio, Affinaquest, and Paciolan. Her work includes enterprise-grade reporting with Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel, large-scale data enrichment, Service Cloud implementations, data backup solutions, and major system optimizations—reducing organizational storage usage by up to 60%. With a background that blends technology, education, and organizational leadership, including an MFA from UCLA, she brings both analytical rigor and human-centered design to every engagement, building systems that empower teams and create lasting operational clarity, efficiency, and impact.
